Yoga prescription for integrated health.
Evidence-based, integrated yoga delivered to your door across the Illawarra–Wollongong region — and to your screen, interstate and overseas. Movement science, refined for optimal health.
The Philosophy
Bloomlife Yoga is built on evidence-based, integrated yoga: a disciplined blend of movement science, breath and cognitive focus designed to support how the body and mind actually work. Every session is intentional, measured, and grounded in decades of study and practice.
Practices chosen for what the science supports — mobility, strength, balance, nervous-system regulation and sustained cognitive function, rather than fads.
Movement, breath and mind are trained together, so yoga becomes a woven part of everyday living — not an isolated hour on the mat.
Sessions are tailored to each woman's body, history and goals — including adapted, supportive practice for those with altered abilities.
What's Offered
Whether in the comfort of your home or connected from anywhere in the world, each class holds the same considered, evidence-led approach.
Private yoga brought to your living space — no studio, no commute. Ideal for women who value privacy, comfort and a routine that fits around real life.
The full Bloomlife experience, delivered live to your screen. Keep your practice consistent wherever you are — across Australia or around the world.
About Shweta
Certified Yoga Instructor · Jaipur, Rajasthan, India
Shweta is a certified yoga instructor from Jaipur, Rajasthan, who has practised yoga for over 30 years. Her teaching is rooted in a deep, lifelong discipline — one that treats yoga as a precise, restorative science rather than a passing routine.
She is also a certified support therapist, integrating movement science and cognitive exercise to support people with altered abilities — helping each person move, think and live more freely.
Shweta graduated with a science degree and pursued yoga for more than five years in India, going on to study other complementary health-science disciplines before making Australia her home. That blend of formal science and traditional practice shapes every Bloomlife session.
Health for all — through integrating yoga into daily life for optimal living.
